here are random two links.. but you shld be able to find many many links and even videos...
you need to practice trushes vs opponents and read guides too.. because unless you haven't practiced the finer points in some of the guides won't make much sense.
my approach is.. to read all the i can find.. book mark the good guides.. and then practice 50 1v1 trushes.. and refering to the guides, looking at record games of each trush so you know how and where you can improve.
